We’ve provided answers to our most frequently asked questions below. If you are unable to find the information you need, give us a shout at contact@bridalvibeco.com. We typically reply within 24-48 hours, but responses may take a bit longer on weekends or holidays.


SHIPPING

How long will it take to receive my items? Each item is made-to-order!

  • Production time: 2-5 business days

  • Standard shipping (USA): 3-7 business days after production You can expect to receive your order in approximately 5-12 business days from the time of purchase.

International delivery times vary and typically take 12-35 business days, depending on customs and the destination country.

To best ensure delivery by your event date, we recommend placing your order at least 14 business days in advance for U.S. orders, and 4-6 weeks in advance for international orders.

What shipping methods do you offer? Shipping methods are selected automatically based on the print provider and delivery address. We primarily use USPS, UPS, and other reliable carriers. Expedited shipping may be available at checkout depending on the item.

Do you guarantee delivery dates? Unfortunately, we cannot guarantee delivery dates due to potential production or carrier delays. We are not able to refund original shipping fees if your order does not arrive within the estimated time.

How do I track my package? Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking details. If you do not receive it, contact us at contact@bridalvibeco.com.

Do you offer free shipping? Yes! We offer free standard shipping on U.S. orders over $100 (after discounts and before shipping fees).

Do you ship internationally? Yes! We ship internationally to Canada, Mexico, Europe, Australia, and other countries. Please note international shipping may take 12-35 business days and customs or duties may apply.


ORDER & DELIVERY ISSUES

How do I cancel or make a change to my order? Orders are processed quickly. If you need to modify or cancel an order, contact us immediately at contact@bridalvibeco.com. We’ll do our best, but changes cannot be guaranteed once the order is submitted.

My package says delivered but I don't have it. What should I do? Please check with neighbors, building managers, or your leasing office first. Then contact USPS or UPS with your tracking number. If your package still can't be located after 2-3 business days, email us at contact@bridalvibeco.com.

NOTE: BridalVibeCo is not liable for lost or stolen packages once proof of delivery is provided by the carrier.

It looks like my order will arrive after I need it. What can I do? We are so sorry! Please contact the carrier to see if the shipping method can be upgraded. If the package does not arrive in time, you may return it. Return shipping will be at your expense.

I received the wrong item, a damaged item, or something is missing. What should I do? We're truly sorry! Please email us within 7 days of delivery at contact@bridalvibeco.com with your order number and a photo, and we’ll make it right.

I want to return my order. What should I do? If you're not completely happy with your order, email us at contact@bridalvibeco.com to initiate a return.


RETURNS & EXCHANGES

What is your return policy? We accept returns within 30 days of purchase. Items must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition.

Original shipping fees are non-refundable, and return shipping costs are the buyer’s responsibility.

How do I make a return? To start a return, simply email contact@bridalvibeco.com with your order number and reason for return.

How do I make an exchange? We currently do not process direct exchanges. Please place a new order for the desired item and return the original item for a refund.

When will I be refunded? Refunds are processed within 5-7 business days after we receive your return.


PRODUCTS

An item I want is out of stock. How can I be notified when it's restocked? If an item is out of stock, use the "Notify Me" button on the product page to sign up for an alert when it’s available again.

Can I personalize or customize an item? Yes! Many of our shirts and products allow you to add the bride’s name, event date, or location. Check each product page for personalization options.

Do you sell artwork or SVG files for your designs? No. All BridalVibeCo designs are original and copyrighted. We do not sell or license our artwork.


PAYMENT

What currency are prices listed in? All prices are listed in USD. Your bank may charge a conversion fee if you're ordering from outside the United States.

My order didn’t process but I see a charge on my account. What should I do? This usually means the transaction was declined and the charge is "pending." It should drop off automatically within a few business days. If not, contact your bank and email us at contact@bridalvibeco.com.

I forgot to apply my promo code. What should I do? No problem! Contact us at contact@bridalvibeco.com and we’ll assist you.
