RETURNS

We accept returns for eligible items within 30 days of purchase.

To qualify for a return:

• Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition.

• Items must be returned with all original packaging.

• Personalized or customized products (name, date, location added) cannot be returned unless defective or damaged.

• Final Sale items are not eligible for return.

Original shipping fees are non-refundable. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

DAMAGED OR DEFECTIVE ITEMS

We take great care in packing and shipping your order, but if you receive a damaged or defective item, we’re here to help!

If your order arrives damaged or with a manufacturing defect, please contact us at contact@bridalvibeco.com within 7 days of delivery. Include your order number and clear photos of the damaged item(s). We will arrange for a replacement or issue a refund if necessary.

HOW TO RETURN AN ITEM

1. Contact us at contact@bridalvibeco.com with your order number and reason for return.

2. We will provide return instructions if your item qualifies.

3. Carefully package your item and ship it back to the address provided.

4. Keep your return tracking number for your records.

We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we are not responsible for returns lost in transit.

WHEN WILL I RECEIVE MY REFUND?

Once we receive and inspect your return, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days. Refunds are issued to the original payment method.
